CityControl is a complete, compact and portable solution for digitalmobile enforcement of council policy. The solution consists of a robust and reliable base package that greatly facilitates and simpliBes the process of law enforcement & supervision, and any associated administrative tasks. Enforcement ofBcers in the Beld can use the handheld
computer to:

• Check laws and regulations
• Consult data from external systems, including the
  Vehicle Registration Service and personal records
  databases
• Issue tickets quickly and easily
• Transmit reports about public areas

CityControl’s modular structure means it can be expanded and adapted to suit your council's speciBc requirements.With the CityControl solution, local authorities can monitor and enforce regulations acrossmultiple disciplines, including:

• Parking policy and parking permits
• Environmental policy and environmental zones
• Markets, harbours and catering establishments

CityControl is able to access the vehicle licensing and personal records databases in order to collect and  process data that is need to record a violation. Fines are grouped together and forwarded to the corresponding department for further Bnancial processing. In the case of unpaid parking Bnes and penalties, the local authority may handle these. Criminal offence bookings may be forwarded to a national or central government agency. Data can also be exported to other external systems, such as such as concession holders for parking areas.

Components of CityControl
CityControl consists of the following compact, portable components:

• A rugged handheld computer or Smart phone with built-in GPS module that enables the enforcement officer to consult data, issue fines, scan permits and vehicle license plates, and take photographs.
• A compact printer for printing fines and notifications.
• A back-office system designed to process data automatically, support employees, and provide managers with extensive options for creating management reports.
