CityControl is a complete, compact and portable solution for digital mobile enforcement for municipalities. CityControl features a solid, ruggedized basic application and enables you to simplify the process of law enforcement & supervision and the related administration. Using a handheld computer, an officer on the street can:

• Refer to rules and legislation
• Consult data in external systems, including the Vehicle Registration Service
• Write up citations quickly and easily
• Forward reports on public areas

CityControl’s modular structure means it can be expanded and adapted to the specific needs of your municipality. CityControl allows your municipality to perform enforcement in multiple disciplines, including:

• Enforcement of parking policy and validating parking permits
• Enforcement regarding environmental policy and low emission zones
• Enforcement and supervision of markets, marinas and hospitality facilities

CityControl collects all relevant fine information and completes it as necessary by using vehicle registration information or name and address information of the vehicle owner. Fines and fees are sent by group to the corresponding authority for further financial handling. This may be a local authority in the case of a parking offence that has become a tax issue. It may also be a national or central government entity in the case of a reported criminal offence. Information can also be sent to external parties such as concession holders for parking areas.

Components of CityControl
CityControl consists of the following compact, portable components:

• A ruggedized handheld computer with a built-in GPS module, used by the officer to review information, write out fines, scan permits and vehicle registrations and take photographs.
• A compact printer for printing fines and notices.
• A back-office system that automatically processes data, supports employees and gives managers extensive options in creating management reports.
