Digital Handling Notifications

The Digital Handling of Notifications module enables municipalities to record, follow up and handle notifications about public space. This is often done through a link to existing Case or Notification systems, but it is also possible to do the entire registration directly in CityControl. All notifications are synchronized in real time, so that enforcers always have up-to-date information on the street.

In addition, the module makes reports a valuable source for information-driven enforcement. By analyzing trends and patterns, municipalities gain insight into recurring problems and can adjust policy and deployment accordingly. This turns every report into an opportunity to structurally improve the living environment.
