Our home base
in Enschede

Since 2012, we have worked from our sustainable headquarters at Capitool 13 in Enschede. The building is open, light and energy efficient. The office is not only an inspiring work environment, but also a reflection of who we are: transparent, future-oriented and innovative.

1998

Sigmax was founded in 1998 by Leo van den Ende and Walter Rijk.

2002

ParkControl entered the market. This software is the basis for today's CityControl. The first customer was the municipality of Haarlem.

2009

The City of Antwerp was Sigmax's first international customer, and today we serve more than 50 cities in Belgium.

2010

municipality of Haarlem is the first scan car customer. Since 2010, the municipality has deployed the scan car for efficient parking enforcement in the city.

2012

Sigmax is moving to a new office building at Capitool 13 in Enschede.

2018

Sigmax is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a fantastic customer event.

2023

Sigmax has been in existence for 25 years and may now serve more than 250 municipalities in the Netherlands and Belgium.

2025

Sigmax has a brand new look and office design. A logo, brand story, website and modern office that matches where we are and where we want to go.
