Neuchâtel bundles enforcement activities with CityControl

Besides the usual police tasks, such as issuing fines for offences, the fully customisable system also contains a module for parking checks. With CityControl, civil enforcement officers can instantly check parking permits by scanning the number plate. The uniform system hereby offers a new working method that meets the needs of modern police teams.

CityControl is an application that offers cities such as Neuchâtel the benefit of flexible processes and a wide choice in the type of device. The Android app has a refined but clear interface, is easy to use and has a broad range of functionalities. This enables reports made on site to be supplemented with, for example, GPS coordinates or evidence, and these are synchronised in real time with the back office. Thanks to CityControl, Neuchâtel gets more out of its policing hours.

The contact between Sigmax and Neuchâtel arose thanks to the efforts of our Swiss partner Solid Solutions en Identification. The migration of the current solution to CityControl is now in its final stage. Neuchâtel expects to be fully operational with the new enforcement solution at the end of May.
